This warranty applies to all products with Krups and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

Really good product

I really like this machine. So easy to use and there is such a great range of coffees. takes up less space in my smallish kitchen than the Melody machine I used to have. Bought the Oblo for my daughter but liked it so much I kept it and gave her the Melody! One small reservation; I find the water tank a little awkward to remove and replace but I can live with that!

GOOD but FLAWED

Looks very stylish but really thats where it ends, water tank SMALL, and also you have ZERO control over the flow of tea or coffee and MUST judge when to switch water feed OFF there are BETTER machines for their Pods than THIS one that will click OFF

Great Machine - relied on daily !

Really like this machine so much so that this is my second purchase as I have one for work as well, if I could have one request as an improvement I would like to see the size of the water tank increased if this could be made bigger or at least have the option of buying a larger one, it would **massively** improve the product,

Fantastic

What an improvement on my old original Dolce Gusto Machine. Easy to use, stylish and delivers swift, hit and tasty coffee trees at a touch of a button. Bought NEW of eBay fir just £30. Wow, what a bargain!

Best purchase ever, beyond expectations

I purchased this for Xmas present to my daughter, as we are thoroughly delighted with it. Style is lovely, nice size, not too bulky and holds enough water for 3/4 cups of coffee. Drinking far more coffees than before - as do Many delicious types to try, and we love them all. Away to buy another one for work. Perfect purchase, just wish I bought it sooner.
