I love this machine. It makes perfect drinks. You can make the drink just the way you like it - size and taste. It is very easy to use and the descaling alert is just precious. I don’t see anything negative about this machine.

Grear machine.
Bought this to replace my mini me as unfortunately after almost 5 years it decided to die on me. And so far im in love with this machine. The drinks come out piping hot and its a lot smaller and easier to work with. Also my favourite feature is definitely the descale function so you know when to do it. Very impressed.
