NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Colors combines a unique design with a large choice of great tasting coffees in a very compact machine 37cm (H) x 18cm (W) x 21cm (D) with a 1L water tank and an XL beverage function. With a maximum 15 bar pump pressure, Colors makes coffee-shop quality drinks with no mess, no fuss. Simply pop in a pod, select the volume you desire (up to XL) by touching the volume selector, and go!

Simply slide in your chosen pod and customize your beverage size with the Automatic function to create your perfect coffee. Your Colors coffee machine will automatically stop at the right moment.

Create professional quality coffees with a thick velvety crema, thanks to the machine’s high-pressure system (maximum 15 bar pump pressure).

This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).

What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. All implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

DISAPPOINTMENT!

What looks like a great machine, is disappointment beyond belief! I was gifted one for my birthday so do not have a receipt and cannot return as don't know where to return to. The machine leaks everywhere all down the back of the machine, it looks like the pods do not get pierced so nothing can get dispensed or filter through the pod. So disappointed, not a single coffee made from it.

Don’t waste your money

This is my 4th machine I have always stuck with the dolce gusto ones my sister bought this one when my drop started to leak.but now after the pod did not piece water went all over the machine all over the worktop and down the cupboard I burnt my hand and thank goodness my 15 month old granddaughter had just movcced away from the spot. I am not sure I will buy another!!!!

Rubbish

After having 3 machines I am so dissatisfied with this one. My sister gifted it to me after I told her about my old one leaking. My husband has just set the machine up and all I can say is thank goodness my granddaughter was at the other side of the kitchen. Boiling water spurting and poring all over the side. The pod was not pierced neither was the next

Not happy at allllll

Have lots of problems with this machine. First was pod holder broke. Ok speak with douche gusto team and they send for me replacement . Now problems again. Got feeling like something wrong with water flow. Today bring back to curry and send to check. Not happy at all...

Waste of Money

I had to return my first machine to Amazon because it had an internal leak and water was pouring from inside. Foolishly I bought a second one which has the same problem that others are reporting. It decides to slice every fourth or fifth pod instead of puncturing it. Coffee everywhere except in the cup. Has anyone had a successful fix for this problem?

Mucho a loado of Rubbisho

Had if for 5 months and after about 3 months it started giving me problems. Contacted Dolce and send me a pod holder. Great for about a month and it's started again ? I have decided to bin in and go to another company after 8 years !!!

Leaking

This product was bought as a present last christmas for us by a relative.All was well to start with but about 9 months in it has started to leak on a regular basis.At first we thought it was because the pod was mot sitting correctly in the cassette so cleaned it in luke watm water without detergent hoping this would solve the problem.Alas this was not the case it is now leaking on a regular basis and we are tired of forever cleaning out the drip tray and wiping down our work surface.For a product of this value it is very disappointing as we actually requested the make and model when asked by our relatives exactky whay we wanted.Would not recommend this product to anyone.......very poor performance.Oh and when trying to register for the pod deal and or guarentee you need your receipt as proof of purchase which is not good when purchased by someone else as a present.

Don't buy

Was bought this machine last christmas and it was fine for a while and then just kept leaking. Took it back, thankfully purchased from John Lewis so no quibble. They said it was the 1st one that had been returned. Swopped it for another, started leaking and flooding from the beginning. Have tried gently closing and snap closing but it makes a slice in the pod rather than a small hole. Quite embarrassing as it was a gift but this one is going back too. My dad is really into his coffee so has announced that he will buy a different style from a competitor as he is fed up with it and the trip it takes to return it. Also this is currently on sale for £75 (which is expensive already without it being £109 on here) Definitely not getting a 3rd one.

Waste of money

I’ve had to stop using this machine as it doesn’t pierce the pods correctly and they keep flooding all over my work tops. My old machine has come back out.
