Didnt last as long as 2 year warranty

Dissappointed didnt last as long as warranty, was always descaled and eventually wouldnt pump water through and machine got burning hot

Cold drinks and not easy to use on drinks that need 2 pods

Silly being manual as it doesn’t let you measure the amount of water going in you have to guess, drinks are lukewarm not hot. Very disappointing

Love it Never been a Massive coffee lover but this has changed my mind

Honestly I got this coffee machine in August of this year and its made me love coffee, I now take a coffee to work daily Its so easy to use and clean not had any issues the whole family love it whether its for coffee or for hot chocolate its been perfect

Great

Great product, hot drinks, owned 6 months or so, only issue is after refilling with water I get a small puddle under the machine, if anyone could explain why this happens that would be appreciated, would have given 5 stars if it didn't have this issue.

The machine broke after 14 days

This one seems to do the job but it failed after 14 days, with just 1 coffee a day. This is now the 3rd machine from De Longhi that develop the same fault, the water pump just fail, cleaning the machine and removing air bubbles is not solving the issue

Water found under the machine after using

I found water under the machine after using it. Not sure whether it is leaked from the hole at the button of the water tank. Kindly advise.

excellent machine

My old machine died, replaced it with one of these, the coffee is hotter, my large latte glasses fit underneath, A nice 1.2 litre tank that's easy to fill whilst attached to the machine

Disappointing

I wish I had read these reviews before buying this product! I had an automatic for over 5 years with Tassimo, but thought as it cam to the end of it's life I would swap over to Dolce Gusto. Firstly I wish I had read the specification, didn't realise that it was manual (my fault entirely, i was stupid enough to think it would be written in bold). The drinks are luke warm, it doesn't get anywhere near enough hot to drink, not happy. Given the small amount of reviews on hear, nearly all of them say the drinks don't get hot enough, surely that would make you think that maybe there is something wrong with! I will be shopping around for another automatic and I will be reading the reviews and fine print this time.
