Not as good as my previous unit.
Had to return my unit as water was leaking out of the bottom, only a month old so took it back and they replaced it, let’s see if this is any better.

Great coffee maker
Well this machine has produced the best coffee heat ,only grumble is the automatic descale ,everytime have an issue with that particular functions,q again today and had machine months now..otherwise love it

It’s ok but not brilliant
We have had this machine since January and decided to purchase this model thinking it was better than other models. If we set the machine to the number as on the pod/box we do not get the full amount as quoted on the box. To fill it up you have to stand over it until the cup is full defeating the object of it being automatic. This has been in for repair but we received no feedback on if there was an issue with it. Not sure how long we will keep this maybe just until we have used the pods we have then revert back to another well known brand of machine which in our opinion was much better although not as much of a variety of drinks

The Genio S offers great value for money
This is a very nice, easy to use small and compact machine, however you can adjust the size of cup / mug perfectly. It makes lovely coffee and is simple to clean. It is great addition and will soon live in our camper. Highly Recommended as a compact machine.

My new machine!
Loving the options of coffees and drinks available as it gives me so much more choice! Machine is really easy to understand and make and it’s saved me loads of money not going to coffee shops. Only negative is the capsular holder gets stuck if you forget to take out the pod after making a drink.

incredibly good machine
I bought this machine as the second-hand piccolo I had started leaking I am used to strong coffee full cup. this new machine even when using XL coffee does not automatically fill up the mug so I must press again the cup button till my mug is full. I am incredibly grateful to have it especially for cappuccino burst, the coffee the strongest is what I drink on its own. cannot have anything else in it I would not call this a coffee. good price.

Not tall enough for latte glasses
I was absolutely thrilled with the machine when I took it out of the box. I have had about 5 or 6 others before this. However I soon discovered it is not tall enough to fit a standard latte glass underneath. If you use a smaller glass you cannot dispense the full recommended amount of coffee and milk as it would overflow. Very disappointed after loving the look and function of the machine initially. I have been a loyal Dolce Gusto customer for many years but am seriously considering switching to Nespresso machine
