Ruined a great coffee

New & improved is dreadful tastes more like caramel than coffee, there is always a catch when the pods are lighter too (sad to say I did weigh a few)

Only drink latte macchiato, and very disappointed that you have changed the ingredients your new improved version is horrible, not sure why you have tried to make something different about it, it’s certainly not improved. I will now look for an alternative machine and coffee.

Why fix something that is not broken. We have drank this latte for over 10 years. The new and improved recipe is disgusting. It tastes like it has chicory in it. We are road testing new coffee machines and latte as not impressed.

The IMPROVED TASTE killed it

We've been buying Dolce Gusto capsules for over a decade, and last week was our last time. Since the company changed it to IMPROVED TASTE (as always when companies do that) they made it WORSE. It tastes horrible. I'm no longer looking forward to my cuppa. It leaves unpleasant taste in your mouth and especially if you were used to the original taste, you'll notice the difference. WHY change something that was already good and make it worse?? They will be losing a lot of customers.
