Great Taste!!!

Watery with an unpleasant chemical flavour
With the colder weather, I was really looking forward to being warm & cosy with some Chococino, so I ordered the case. I wish I hadn't. It's watery, and has a strange chemical taste. I've tested it in both of my Dolce Gusto machines, and the taste/consistency is the same. My husband has even cut open the chocolate pods with a sharp knife to get out the remaining chocolate - this slightly helps the taste but not the wateriness. Also, even in a brand new machine, I cannot get any froth whatsoever. It's just a cup of 'brown'.Response from store
