NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Colors combines a unique design with a large choice of great tasting coffees in a very compact machine 37cm (H) x 18cm (W) x 21cm (D) with a 1L water tank and an XL beverage function. With a maximum 15 bar pump pressure, Colors makes coffee-shop quality drinks with no mess, no fuss. Simply pop in a pod, select the volume you desire (up to XL) by touching the volume selector, and go!

Simply slide in your chosen pod and customize your beverage size with the Automatic function to create your perfect coffee. Your Colors coffee machine will automatically stop at the right moment.

This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).

What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. All implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. De’Longhi/Dolce Gusto does not authorise any other person or company to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or use of its appliance. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

Don't buy

Was bought this machine last christmas and it was fine for a while and then just kept leaking. Took it back, thankfully purchased from John Lewis so no quibble. They said it was the 1st one that had been returned. Swopped it for another, started leaking and flooding from the beginning. Have tried gently closing and snap closing but it makes a slice in the pod rather than a small hole. Quite embarrassing as it was a gift but this one is going back too. My dad is really into his coffee so has announced that he will buy a different style from a competitor as he is fed up with it and the trip it takes to return it. Also this is currently on sale for £75 (which is expensive already without it being £109 on here) Definitely not getting a 3rd one.

Waste of money

I’ve had to stop using this machine as it doesn’t pierce the pods correctly and they keep flooding all over my work tops. My old machine has come back out.

Great tasting drinks, shame about the rubbish machine!

In order to make life easier, my Girlfriend bought me this machine for Christmas this year. In under 24 hours, it's already poured coffee/milk all over itself on 4 occasions, causing me to waste endless time stripping and cleaning the machine and work surface and as a result, I already don't want to use the machine anymore, as I simply cannot face the clean up! I'd much rather go thirsty. The pod holder appears to tear the pods instead of piercing them & I plan to return the machine for a full refund as this is simply unacceptable. The instructions are vague at best and do not accurately explain how to use the machine, or how to troubleshoot common problems. I do not recommend this machine to anyone.

not impressed & not happy

Having owned 3 Piccolos thought I'd upgrade to an automatic - what a mistake. Seems you pay extra just to have a choice of silly colours on the machine! I have cleaned the machine yet it still shows me it needs cleaning! Have to keep cleaning the pod holder because, like other users have said it pierces the pod and make it leak all over the back of the machine. Worst mistake I've ever made purchasing this. Will use up pods I have and try a Tassimo.

I have had a few machines and this is by far the worse 1 I have had constantly leeks

I have cleaned the machine numerous times with no success I have wasted so many pods would not recommend this machine

Great machine, use it properly

I've had a couple of machines and this is our newest, its compact and looks great. For those that have issue with the pods overflowing or running out the back its because you can easily push the pod holder closed too far, something I found out early on, it needs to be closed gently just so it clips. If its closed too firmly it allows leaks. Very happy with mine

Not the best...returning mine

I purchased this machine (m 5th in the range over a number of years). I was very disappointed. Upgrades to the pod holder have not been for the better. The pods do not pierce correctly causing the coffee to flood down the back of the machine and over your worktops. The water container is difficult to remove as it has no handle is is shaped to the machine. I will be returning this machine in the hope that I can exchange it.

Devastated

This is a lovely machine to look at. However for me it has 3 problems. The fancy drip tray with its slight curve makes some mugs unsteady. The water holder is difficult to remove do to the unnecessary top part. Worst of all, the new style pod holder seems to tear many pods rather than just pierce, causing the pods to gush and leak all over the machine leaving a mess and wasting several of my pods. Such a shame as i like the look of this machine

Happy so far but does need some improvements

This is a lot smaller than the machine it replaced but that isn’t hard as the other had a separate filter coffee section, place for coffee beans, milk frother etc. I love it because it’s compact and quick. I can press a button and it’s done. However, if the pods are not quite right in the holder, you have water everywhere. The pod can be used though as it’s not pieced. Just stop the machine, clean the mess and try again. The cover that goes over the capsule holder is a terrible design. With mine it feels like I’m going to break it every time I close it. I got it on offer so for the price I paid, I do think it was value for money. I would have preferred some capsules with the machine though so I could try different ones without having to buy a full pack straight away. I also wish they did the cappuccino and latte options as decaf as well....
