Can't go wrong with it, worth every penny.
Excellent product. After running it through the coffee machine it is still effective enough for me to tip the hot fluid into the kettle and descale that too.

Disappointing
This item works well when available…but I have been waiting over 5 months to order. I did not want to invalidate the warranty on my new machine but I have had to use alternatives. . Very unhappy this product is still unavailable.

Easy to use
Worked well when our machine started to slow down. Use in a well ventilated room though.

Disgraceful marketing
You email everyone re descaler, so many of us put them in our basket only to be told we have to spend another 20 quid. Appalling marketing and will now go and buy one from somewhere else. Shame on you.
