Disappointing
This item works well when available…but I have been waiting over 5 months to order. I did not want to invalidate the warranty on my new machine but I have had to use alternatives. . Very unhappy this product is still unavailable.

Disgraceful marketing
You email everyone re descaler, so many of us put them in our basket only to be told we have to spend another 20 quid. Appalling marketing and will now go and buy one from somewhere else. Shame on you.
