Warranty for KRUPS NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines
KRUPS offer a guarantee as an extra benefit that does not affect consumer's statutory rights. Espresso machines are guaranteed by KRUPS against mechanical and electrical defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. Don't forget to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
During this guarantee period, KRUPS will repair the product or replace parts free of charge, if it is returned together with your receipt as proof of purchase to an authorised KRUPS Service Agent. Always use the original packaging or a storage box to prevent additional damage and also obtain proof of posting.
The guarantee is not transferable.
The following are specifically excluded from the terms and conditions of this guarantee:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product or use not in accordance with instructions.
- If the product has not been maintained correctly (descaled/cleaned as necessary) according to the instructions.
- Any glass or porcelain ware incorporated in the product.
- Damage caused due to the use of the product on a voltage other than that stamped on the product.
- Products sold outside the UK.
- Usage other than normal domestic use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident.
- Any modification made by the purchaser to the product or any repairs other than by an authorised agent.
- Accessories, such as filters, seals etc, whose normal life is limited. These parts are excluded from the guarantee and will require periodic renewal.

Warranty for DELONGHI NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machines
This warranty applies to all products with DeLonghi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a product’s replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense.
This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty.
The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. All implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. DeLonghi/Dolce Gusto does not authorise any other person or company to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or use of its appliance.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.
