12.1 JANUARY SALE - UP TO 25% OFF
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Open to UK residents (England, Scotland and Wales) and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 and over only including Northern Ireland residents.
- The promotion is available with the purchase of any pod boxes containing 12 or 16 pods, including STARBUCKS®, NESQUIK®, Italian Range and Plant Based Range but excludes Magnums, Bundles and Flash Sales. The following offers are available:
- Buy 8 boxes of pods get 15% off, OR
- Buy 12 boxes of pods get 20% off, OR
- Buy 24 boxes of pods get 25% off.
- To qualify, customers must register or log into their 'My NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®' account and add the required number of boxes of pods to their basket. The relevant discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Offer valid for purchases through the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® webshop only during the stated promotional dates and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Maximum of one discount offer may be redeemed per person/per order and a maximum of two discounted orders per household may be placed during the promotional period.
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- The offer is only available for the purchase of boxes of pods containing 12 pods and 16 pods, including STARBUCKS® range, NESQUIK®, Plant Based range and the Italian range.
- No trade, third party or bulk applications permitted.
- No cash alternative or other alternative will be available in lieu of the offer.
- Standard delivery times and minimum order basket size applies (see website Terms and Conditions).
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject any applications that it believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Limitations of liability. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information entered or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
- Applicants have the ability to change their address through the "edit profile" feature and during the confirmation stage at the checkout. Customers must ensure they are available to receive the delivery. If the customer is not at the delivery address to receive the goods, a card with a contact number will be left for them to arrange with the courier an alternative drop off time. After three attempts the goods will be returned to the Promoter and the customer will be refunded the full value of the purchase (with the discount applied). From that point, if the customer still wishes to receive the order, they will have to re-order via the online shop.
- Any orders, including re-orders of undeliverable items, placed after the offer ends at 3:00pm on 31.01.24, will not qualify for the offer. In such an event, participants will have the right to cancel their order.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded.
