why did you have to change it????
Would’ve given 5 out of 5 for the old intensity 9 brown pods but the new intensity 8 orange pods taste really weak in comparison. It no longer tastes like a long, fresh espresso, it now takes like instant. Please go back to the old blend ASAP

My absolute favourite
Love this coffee pod. It's quite strong and tastes great. Very good at keeping me up at night which is when I do most of my work. I usually mix it with choconino to make a perfect blend.

Not as good as it used to be
And some bright spark in branding has decided to make these pods the same colour as the café au lait intenso. Are there not enough colours in the world? Apparently “they are supposed to be the same colour”. Customer convenience is obviously irrelevant.

Was my favourite, new blend is not. By the end of the cup I'm thinking "why am I drinking this brown water".

Strength 8 so disappointing
This was my favourite coffee when strength 9 but they have changed to strength 8 and changed the flavour. It is not so disappointing and completely tasteless.

New 8 strength horrible
Why have they change the favour and strength of the old 9 strength coffee? The new one tasted like dishwater and with a horrible aftertaste. After running out of the old favour will be changing the machine and the brand.

New “worsened” recipe
This used to be my favourite morning coffee, but with this new recipe it tastes bitter and watery and CANNOT even be called coffee. Just bought 16 boxes as hadn’t noticed they had changed it, so that’s now over £50 going straight in the bin now.

Should be renamed 'Insipid'
I bought my machine after having coffee at my sister's. Unfortunately, I discovered that the composition of her favourite coffee had changed from a smooth, strong blend to an insipid, bitter one. Machine binned and back to the grinder & filter for me.
