NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO FREE PODS PROMOCODES 2021 

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

I. General

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

II. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all residents of UK, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. 

Applicants must have purchased one of the following NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO machines within the stated promotional period:

  • GENIO S PLS AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINE WHITE BY DELONGHI KRUPS®
  • GENIO S PLUS AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINE BLACK BY DELONGHI®
  • GENIO S PLUS AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINE BLACK BY DELONGHI KRUPS®
  • GENIO S TOUCH AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINE SPACE GREY BY DELONGHI®
  • GENIO S TOUCH AUTOMATIC COFFEE MACHINE SILVER BY KRUPS®
  • PICCOLO XS BLACK MANUAL COFFEE MACHINE BY KRUPS®
  • PICCOLO XS WHITE MANUAL COFFEE MACHINE BY KRUPS®

The qualifying machine must be purchased between 9th March 2021 and 7th June 2021, from one of the participating retailers or directly from the Nescafé Dolce Gusto website subject to availability, while stocks last.

Please note: Not all models are available from all retailers.  Participants should check with their local retailer for a list of available models.

Promocodes will only be confirmed by email within 3 working days of receipt of a valid application provided that all necessary requirements have been fulfilled, including:

  • A valid proof of purchase/till receipt showing the purchase of one of the qualifying machines within the stated promotional period;
  • A valid machine serial number;
  • The applicant’s full details as outlined below:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/proof of purchases that:
    • Are out of focus/blurry;
    • Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
    • Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
    • That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;
    • Are not unique to the individual.
  • The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts.
  • Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.

 

III. Promocodes

Qualifying participants will be entitled to claim their promocodes when they register at http://www.dolce-gusto.co.uk/.

New registrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, email address, home address including their postcode and daytime (mobile) phone number. 

A valid application will also include the machine serial number from one of the qualifying machines as outlined above, details of the date purchased and a copy of the proof of purchase (till receipt or invoice).  Delivery note or copy of payment (bank statement) will not be accepted.

Failure to provide all necessary information along with a completed registration with the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Website will result in the application being deemed to be incomplete and therefore void.

Promocodes will be awarded in the form of online promocodes, and can redeemed as follows for UK applicants:

  • 6 free boxes (equivalent to 3 months of coffee) of Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee to be claimed on one single transaction.

Use of online promocodes are subject to standard Nescafé Dolce Gusto Website terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.dolce-gusto.co.uk/terms-conditions/.

There is a minimum basket spend of 4 boxes of 12 or 16 pods or £20 on all orders, and all such UK orders come with free standard delivery.

Each promocode can only be used once, and all promocodes are valid for use up until 23:59 on 17th June 2021.

Please note: Northern Ireland might have shortages on white cup pods (any pods containing milk) across the promotional period.

 

IV. Closing date

All qualifying machines must be purchased between between 9th March 2021 and 7th June 2021. The last permitted date for submission of applications will be 14th June 2021.

Any application received after this date will not qualify for the offer.

 

V. How to apply

Purchase one of the stated machines within the stated promotional dates.

Access your unique registration form via one of the following sources:

  • Promotional links served online via a digital banner advertising.
  • Promotional links served online via Social Media platforms.

Complete a valid application completing all the necessary requirements, including:

A valid proof of purchase/till receipt showing:

  • The purchase of one of the qualifying machines within the stated promotional period.
  • A valid machine serial number
  • The applicant’s full details as outlined below:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/proof of purchases that:

If eligible, you will receive the promocodes by email within 3 working days of the application.

 

VI. Offer Restrictions

Maximum of two (2) applications per participant, and up to a maximum of four (4) applications per household.

Limited to one application for promocode per machine model.

Limited to one application for promocode per unique, validated receipt.

The last permitted date for submission of applications will be 14th June 2021.

Only one promocode can be used in a single transaction.

The promocode may be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts current at the time including promotions requiring the use of another promotional code.

Promocodes cannot be used for Subscription orders.

The full value of each individual promocode must be used in a single transaction. No change, credit balance or cashback will be available if the full amount is not used.

Promocodes cannot be transferred to another registered member.

Offer does not apply to the purchase of any bundles or Magnum packs available within the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto website.

Last permitted use of promocodes for 17th June 2021.

 

VII. General Terms and conditions

Offer not open to business or trade customers.

Qualifying machines are subject to stock availability, while stocks last and machines must be purchased in UK, CI or IoM.

Nescafé Dolce Gusto reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any user found to make more than one valid application for promocode per machine model or per unique validated receipt by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by Nescafé Dolce Gusto to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Nescafé Dolce Gusto to be disruptive. Nescafé Dolce Gusto also reserves the right to report any activity to the local police if an individual is found to be violating the terms and conditions.

At all times during the promotion, Nescafé Dolce Gusto reserves the right to perform internal checks relating to the registered accounts to ensure the integrity of the promotion.

The qualifying level of promocode is not transferable for cash or any other alternative and is only valid for use on the Nescafé Dolce Gusto Website online.

Registration and application is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Registered members’ personal details will only be used for the sole purpose of administering this promotion except where they have opted in to be included to a database to receive future news, offers, promotions and new products. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) that affect or could affect the proper operation of the promotion or the awarding of promocodes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions with immediate effect at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Conduct of entry: Entrants of the promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the promotion redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

 

VIII. Personal Data

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the applications where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you may still receive emails for this promotion only regarding your free pods.  Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded. The data collected by Hashting UK Ltd, will only be used for the execution of the free pods as per Hashting privacy policy which can be found at www.hashting.com/privacy.
 
 
IX. Limitations of Liability
 
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses (such as internet connection, travel) incurred as part of the Promotion. The full cost of participation in the Promotion is borne by the participant.

Limitations of liability:  Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:

a) Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b) Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of data at any point in the operation of this Promotion.  Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
d) Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.

The Promoter and / or third parties to whom it has called in the context of the Promotion are not responsible for faults and / or faults on / in or relating to the Internet, the Promotion Page or any website mentioned in these regulations, cable networks (or other relevant network), software or hardware as well as for any possible incorrect entry and / or processing of personal data.

In the event that this Promotion is advertised on Facebook, Instagram or other external channels, it is specifically pointed out that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, approved or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or these other external channels, which are not responsible for this.

X. Final provisions

No element of the Promotion or relating to it may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorization of the Promoter.

If one or more provisions of these Rules of Promotion should be considered void or be cancelled in whole or in part, the rest of the provision (s) in question and the Rules of Promotion will remain fully applicable.

In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The participant is required to check these Promotion rules on a regular basis.

The Promoter also reserves the right not to attribute the free pods in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules.

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England & Wales but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
