NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Colors combines a unique design with a large choice of great tasting coffees in a very compact machine 37cm (H) x 18cm (W) x 21cm (D) with a 1L water tank and an XL beverage function. With a maximum 15 bar pump pressure, Colors makes coffee-shop quality drinks with no mess, no fuss. Simply pop in a pod, select the volume you desire (up to XL) by touching the volume selector, and go!

Simply slide in your chosen pod and customize your beverage size with the Automatic function to create your perfect coffee. Your Colors coffee machine will automatically stop at the right moment.

Create professional quality coffees with a thick velvety crema, thanks to the machine’s high-pressure system (maximum 15 bar pump pressure).

This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).

What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and representations. All implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. De’Longhi/Dolce Gusto does not authorise any other person or company to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale or use of its appliance. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

Fantastic Coffee Machine

I've had this machine for about 6 months and I have never had a problem with it. If you use it like it says you will not have any problems.

A great cup of coffee

I bought this machine for my self at Christmas and it's great, perfect coffee every time and it's done in seconds. Only complaint is I wish it was a bigger cup. Would recommend this to anyone and with the color edition the can coordinate it with your kitchen, or where ever you keep it.

Amazing

I love my Dolce Gusto Colours coffee machine and the variety of coffee that is compatible with it. I have recently purchased the Galaxy hot chocolate pods which are unbelievable and highly recommended. I have recommended over 15 friends to the Dolce Gusto colours machine and all have purchased one for their homes. For all you coffee lovers out there then there really is not a better coffee than a Dolce Gusto coffee

Love it!

After an initial issue with the pod holder (replaced immediately when I called helpline) everything is now as wonderful as all my previous machines. It also has the added advantage that I can just select the number on the pod and walk away, no need to watch and measure as with my old machine. We love it!

Great little machine

Bought this with online pod offer to try and not been disappointed. Yes I've had a few pods not work but it seems to be more the pods than the machine. You do need to make sure that the pod holder is working correctly though. The pod piercer can be a bit stiff. I freed my up by pressing it down a few times with the flat end of a BBQ squewer and then to just check it every time. Only thing is the water tank could be bigger but then it would take up more room.

wonderful

cant fault mine makes drinks quickly and is very easy to use. only thing to note is that the instructions weren't very easy to follow

Disappointing

I wish I had read the reviews on this machine before I bought it as I would never have purchased it after reading them. On the plus side, the drinks it makes are amazing and we really enjoy drinking them. That is however the only plus. Initially after a few uses the machine would randomly split a pod and the liquid would pour all down the machine making a terrible mess. On around 6 occasions to start with I had to clean the whole thing up, and the sideboard and floor. It was also a waste of a pod each time so very annoying. I rang customer service who were quite pleasant and sent me a replacement pod compartment and a couple of boxes of pods. Great! Not so great though as just recently it has started happening again. It’s all to much bother as the cleanup takes so long and it’s a lottery as to when it’s going to happen. My advice would be avoided this machine and choose another one which has good reviews as the drinks pods are delicious!

DISAPPOINTMENT!

What looks like a great machine, is disappointment beyond belief! I was gifted one for my birthday so do not have a receipt and cannot return as don't know where to return to. The machine leaks everywhere all down the back of the machine, it looks like the pods do not get pierced so nothing can get dispensed or filter through the pod. So disappointed, not a single coffee made from it.

Don’t waste your money

This is my 4th machine I have always stuck with the dolce gusto ones my sister bought this one when my drop started to leak.but now after the pod did not piece water went all over the machine all over the worktop and down the cupboard I burnt my hand and thank goodness my 15 month old granddaughter had just movcced away from the spot. I am not sure I will buy another!!!!
