This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

Good coffee and chocolate

Used machine for first time today. Enjoyed latte and chocolate was very good. Nice, compact and easy to clean machine.

Love it !!

Brought my dolce gusto melody on saturday 24/09/16 and I absolutely love it so easy to use xx cant wait try the latte caramel and vanilla latte when I've done my order should have these in the shop tho x

Love it!!!

I was a Starbucks head, not any more though, I've had this machine 2 years and it still works as well as the day I got it. Tastes better than any coffee shop, I love it

Better than coffee shop drinks

This machine is perfect, the drinks are tastier than the high street coffee shops!! Easy to use , it really is idiot proof, I can't compliment it enough, excellent

Dolce Gusto Melody lll

After reading quite a few reviews, I decided to buy one from a high street store as it was less than half price, I'm so glad I bought one, beautiful coffee and hot chocolate, the temperature was spot on for us, I tend to wait 5 mins before drinking as it's that hot, other reviewers said it's not hot enough, they must have asbestos mouths, everything about this machine is wonderful and I wish we purchased one sooner, I like being able to control the strength of coffee as my taste varies, after registering my machine and getting £10.00 credit, I ordered more pods, personally I find them too creamy at times so my next order will be the "skinny variety" my daughters love the Chococino flavour, hubby likes the Cappuccino and I like the Latte Machiato, I'm also going to try the Tea's, the machine is very easy to use and to keep clean, my advice to anyone thinking of buying one is.....don't just think, buy one, you won't be disappointed x

Good pruchase, well worth the money

I like strong black coffee, my wife likes weaker milky ones, so I agreed to retire the perculator and buy a pod machine. We settled on this for the bigger water resevoir and that the local shops stock more Dolce Gusto than anything else, giving more choice. Tried it last night and today, wish I'd bought it much earlier. Found I love the Americano and chocochino, wife likes the Latte machiatto, cappchino and chocochino, she wants to try the caramel flavours. Will likely try the iced teas when weather's hotter. Worth every penny!

Fab coffee machine

Easy to use and clean, got this from high street store as it was on offer, I have no complaints about this machine, I find the temp fine. I have not tried the cold setting yet but I will be in the summer, my fave pods at the moment are the caramel ones,

Coffee is cold

Bought this to replace old machine (different make) coffee made is warm but not hot like old machine, regret purchase.
