Loving it

I ordered one last week. I am absolutely in love with it. The design is great. It keeps your drink at a good temperature, not too hot, not too cold, just the perfect temperature for you to be able to drink it without burning your tongue. It completely locks so you won’t be worried about spillage. It is also possible to know if it’s locked by simply looking at the push button. If it’s pushed in, it means it is not locked.

Ok but not worth the money

Like others I got mine as a special offer. I'm glad I didn't pay the current price for it. It's awkward to use, doesn't fit in my car cup holder and it would be a great idea if the box included both how to use to button and care instructions. Neither was there. You have to work it out for yourself. Including that if you buy a coffee in it away from home they tend to be hotter which then forms a vacuum which means the button doesn't pop properly, so you have to undo the lid to release the pressure. And most likely it spills. Stylish but definitely more form than function.

UNDER AN HOUR MAX!!

I'm sorry but this mug is not worth the cost, it took me an hour to get to work when I made this coffee and it was luke warm...very misleading and you can get the same type of mug at the fraction of the cost at the pound shop!! The only nice thing is the colour and design, that's what your paying for...I would not recommend to buy this...

Not worth the money

The mug looks lovely but does not keep the temperature of the drink at all therefore I do not agree with the 'thermo' part in the name of this product. Also, I bought this because my old mug used to open in my bag and the coffee would spill all over my stuff but this mug is not the solution I was looking for. When you push the button to release the drink the button stays lowered and to close the mug you need to push it in again - this is a good mechanism but in this mug the button does not LOOK lowered, which means that you cannot tell if the mug is open or not by looking at it - you need to tilt the whole mug or try to drink to see if it is locked or not. I found it really annoying. Once I thought the mug was closed but it was not, so again the contents of my bag was wet with coffee. It would be useful if the button stayed visibly lowered when pressed to open so that you know if the mug is open or not when you are on the move.

Nice design

I like this item and have bought two. I would like to be able to buy spare parts like lids as the seals do wear.
