This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

Horrible red cable

I was going to buy one of these to replace my previous Dolce Gusto machine that had started leaking. That was until I found out it had a red cable & plug. Apparently it is a marketing thing. Well I have a white & blue kitchen & I dont want red in it. So I have bought a Tassimo now instead. Bad marketing idea guys, its losing you customers - read the reviews.

Execilent machine

Really good machine never stopped using it scince i got it for christmas my only down fall is the colour of the cable to the machine but other then that it is my life as i love my coffee

Overall very good

A good value machine, easy to use, being manual you have to get use to the settings, stopping the water flow at the right moment. I have only marked down due to the fact you can't really use cold water straight from tap if you want a hot latte. Water needs to be at room temp, i.e. Leave in machine water tank over night or for a few hours, keeping bottles of water next to machine is a good idea, doing this gives a hot Drink, not Luke warm. And leave light on green for 60 seconds before making drink. Overall a great machine for size and price, easy to use instructions, just need to try different settings to get your perfect drink.....

Great machine

I was given the jovia machine as a christmas gift. I've never had a coffee machine like this before, It's very easy to use,makes good coffe and in my opinion the machine is well built,It stands very well balanced and it isn't too noisy.

Excellent machine, tasty coffee.

Got this machine as a gift and have used it non stop since. Easy to use and the coffee selection is great (chocochino is to die for), fits perfectly in small kitchen. Will probably end up getting more from the machine range, so pleased with the product!

love it

absolutely love my coffee machine but have to say havent tried any coffee yet as i have been addicted to Chococino. couldnt wait to use this (only had it since yesterday), and once we figured how to use it its so easy to use. also theres a video on youtube if anyome gets confused!!! only downfall is the red cable/plug looks like its so out of place should be black. but other than that i can not fault this coffee machine x

Like a fridge

In a house with 2 teenagers to say this unit gets as much use as the fridge says a lot about it. Convenient, clean and consistent output quality.

Great machine

Loving this machine only got one after visiting my cousin this weekend and after being offered a coffee i asked which coffee it was? So purchased one on our way home... only negative is the red lead and plug! Why??

Great machine

I have only had this machine two days and am loving it !!!! The coffee is much much better than I was expecting - very good coffee indeed - I am looking forward to trying some of the teas. I only have 2 little quibbles - who in their right mind put a bright red wire and plug on this fantastic machine - I have all chrome and black in my kitchen and this red wire looks horrible - luckily when not in use I can tuck it behind the machine and I can't see it !!!!!! I also wonder why you don't sell boxes of the milk pods - I love very milky coffee and would love to use more than one - will you ever be selling them like Tassimo do? Despite this would so recommend buying it and also gave it 5 stars despite the dreadful red plug and wire - I do not have a large amount of worktop space but this fits in and doesn't take up too much room - can't wait to use again

Lovely machine, great coffee

I marked this machine down by one star because I couldn't fit my latte glass in without having to remove the drip tray. I think it should state clearly that the tall glasses can't be used without removal of the drip tray. Otherwise all good and I don't even mind the red plug!
