This warranty applies to all products with De’Longhi and Dolce Gusto brands (both brands on the unit must be present).
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee each appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair at our factory or authorised service centre of any defective parts or part thereof, other than parts damaged in transit. In the event of a products replacement or return, the unit must be returned postage paid, and with its accompanying, valid proof of purchase. The repaired or new model will be returned at the company expense. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the operating instructions, which accompany it, and on an Alternating Current (AC) circuit.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty runs for two years (2) from the purchase date found on your receipt and applies only to the original purchaser for use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover defects or damage of the appliance, which result from repairs or alterations to the appliance outside our factory or authorised service centers, nor shall it apply to any appliance, which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents. Also, consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty does not cover appliances that do not work properly because they have not been descaled in accordance with the factory instruction which accompany it.

Lovely machine

Got this as a present from my mum and this is honestly the best machine ever all my drinks have tried so far taste even better than costa and its a fraction of th price keep up the good work

although this is the first coffee machine i have owned i would say its a bloody good little machine. tasty coffee quick and easy looks great easy to clean. please send me free coffee

CABLE

Love my new machine but why oh why a red cable !!!!!

RED LEAD

I got bought this machine for my birthday in February but have only just started using it has my old machine was still working. LOVE the new one but only reservation I have with the machine is that it has a RED cable. WHY!!!!!!! has the machine is black and white so is my kitchen so am VERY disappointed with it

Lovely drinks shame about RED cable

Had this bought for a present a couple of months ago, opened box and thought it was lovely, until last week once we had finished our kitchen which is black white and lemon and the cable on it was RED who thought of this was ridiculous. It's such a shame has the item looks great,

really good machine

I had a piccolo by leaps before this and it started to leak everywhere whenever I made a drink, this machine however is fab, and the drinks are good too
